Who is the Leader?

           Leadership is not an achievement.The person who is taking the charge as a leader must understand it's a responsibility  towards his team or community.

    This responsibility should come only based on someones dedication and his constant efforts for the growth of his people/org.

    But, nowadays many leaders(especially in politics) are becoming by their lusty longing. when someone being this kind he won't be a good leader.His mind will always play   to retain his post.He will not do even a small thing to his people without any expectation.

    This is the main reason for the disaster of today's  world's peace.First this understanding should come to all the individuals.Then only the room for change may arise.
